- The site consisted of disused garden land, with access provided between two properties.
- The number of pieces of land required meant that in all, land in seven different ownerships was combined to create one site.
- Lengthy negotiations over design and siting of properties was carried out with local residents, the Town Council and the local authority.
- The final design consisted of an appropriate mix of small and large properties, along with the refurbishment of two properties to the front of the site.
- The planning consent achieved was for eleven dwellings, being a mix of bungalows, terraced, detached, and semi-detached properties.
