Historically a site of derelict garages owned by the Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation. We worked closely with the Heritage Foundation and Jephson Homes Housing Association, resulting in planning being achieved for 10 dwellings (flats and houses), which were constructed by us for Jephson as an affordable housing scheme.
