Previously this property was a bungalow on a large plot near the town centre.  We spotted the potential to enhance the value for the owner/occupier by obtaining a planning consent to demolish the bungalow and replace it with 5 detached bungalows and one detached house.  We worked closely with the local planning department to produce a scheme that was sympathetic to its surroundings and maintained a balanced street scene.  We were advised of a requirement in the locality for special needs type bungalows, so we designed the bungalows to allow for this and delivered a much needed special needs affordable housing scheme.
