A scheme of three detached houses, whereby two of the plots of land were acquired over a period of 6 months and were built and sold by us as open market sale houses. The third plot was acquired by a third party and we built the house for them under contract. We sold the two open market houses off plan, before we commenced work on site, which enabled the purchasers to completely bespoke the design of their homes to their specific individual requirements.
