This was an amalgamation of an existing detached house, with a large garden, part of the rear garden of another house and part of another property's side garden. We worked closely with the Local Authority Planning Department and achieved planning for 10 dwellings (a mixture of terraced, semi and detached houses plus one bungalow).
Once again we worked in partnership with a Housing Association and delivered ten much needed affordable properties. One of the three bedroom detached houses was taken up by a lady and her daughter who had been on the waiting list for such a property for a number of years, but no one had been building three bedroom detached houses of a suitable size in a suitable location, until this scheme came along.
