- The land for this site originally consisted of disused gardens and a small paddock.
- Originally, the site held an outline planning consent for three detached dwellings.
- Local planning policy limited development to no more than five dwellings on sites such as this, but following strong negotiations with the local authority and Parish Council, we were able to improve the planning and thus the value to the landowner.
- The planning consent achieved was for a mix of eight terraced cottages and two detached bungalows.
