Affordable Housing
We work closely with a number of Housing Associations/RSL’s, from inception through to completion and beyond on a variety of projects and tenures. We work on the basis of full planning, design and build packages or straightforward building contracting.
We are happy to work with Housing Associations on joint venture arrangements whereby we build the affordable element of a project for them, whilst we take on the open market dwellings of the project ourselves. We believe in delivering schemes on budget, within time and to a high quality.
