Types and size of developments
We consider any size of site for development, from single plots to several acres, whether disused garden land or brownfield redevelopment. We particularly specialise in assembling sites from individual, smaller plots of land, such as back gardens.
We concentrate on designing residential schemes that fit naturally into their surroundings, and follow local policy and viewpoints carefully to ensure that development is sympathetic to everything around it: from the type of house or bungalow to the materials it is built from, everything must be created to please the eye and to stand the test of time.
From a construction perspective, we build good specification, high quality homes for the affordable housing sector, working very closely with Housing Associations in the design and construction of such schemes.
