Our Key Relationships
Planning Authorities
We maintain close relationships with many district planning and highway authorities, and this allows us to make direct and informal enquiries of the planners.
A careful understanding of planning policy is essential, from the governmental to the local level, and we keep a very close eye on the latest requirements for planning.
We always consult with planning, environmental, conservation and highway authorities, amongst others, before submission of a planning application. This allows us to design schemes that will satisfy local policy, and avoid problems when it comes to achieving a planning permission. We consider this to be absolutely key in the planning process.
Other Property Professionals
We work closely with architects, land and property agents, property lawyers, surveyors, planning consultants, highway engineers, archaeologists, ecological consultants, and a host of other professionals.
We employ these people during the planning and construction process in order to support an application with professional opinion, at our own cost.
